Its getting better

I am happy that the update now allows you to keep playing your iPod music/podcast while you launch the app. Very practical. However, I am still annoyed that there is no way to turn the alarm off outside of using the home key to exit the app. But when you relaunch the app the alarm is STILL GOING. What am I missing. Even when I go to the "alarm" options and delete that particular alarm it is STILL GOING. This doesnt make the app useless, but it is annoying and frustrating. What are you to do if you set a wrong alarm and you are trying to fall asleep but the alarm interrupts your slumber. The only available option when the alarm begins is "Snooze." Why?
Please help me.
